TITANICOM is hiring Warehouse Technicians to support large-scale international data center operations and IT infrastructure projects across Europe.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support 5×8 on-site operations and respond to urgent requests when required
- Follow asset management SOPs and compliance standards strictly
- Manage warehouse access registration and asset inbound/outbound processes
- Execute work orders through asset management systems according to SLA requirements
- Handle asset storage, transportation, deployment, return, and decommissioning procedures
- Perform full inventory checks to ensure accuracy of asset location, serial numbers, status, and records
- Assist with project implementation, risk control, progress tracking, and process optimization
- Ensure data center environmental and asset security standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Chinese language is mandatory
- 1–3 years of IDC / warehouse / asset management experience preferred
- Familiar with servers, switches, optical modules, fiber cables, and related hardware
- Experience with warehouse management and inventory processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Self-management and problem-solving abilities
- Local language + Chinese OR English + Chinese preferred
