You hold a university degree (Master’s/Diploma) in Engineering – such as Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical – or a comparable qualification
You possess relevant professional experience, ideally within the field of System Engineering, or a related discipline
You have solid experience in at least one of the following industries: Defense, Aerospace, Space, Railway, or Power Plants
You’ve gained experience in various roles within the System Engineering lifecycle, for example as a System Architect, System Engineering Manager, or Chief Engineer
You possess in-depth knowledge of System Engineering principles, methods, and tools
You have comprehensive experience with the V-Model and its application possibilities
You have a basic understanding of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) approaches and their potential
You are familiar with relevant standards, such as ISO 15288 and EN 50128
Experience with Agile development methodologies (like Scrum or Kanban) is a plus
You demonstrate highly developed analytical and conceptual skills and possess strong communication and presentation skills
You thrive in a team environment and are comfortable being assertive when necessary
You work independently and in a structured manner
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
