Apollo Neuschwanstein GmbH is a leading duty-free retailer specializing in Tax Free Shopping, connecting Chinese tourism with European retail. Since our founding in 2016, we have grown rapidly and now operate three modern stores in the Neuschwanstein region.
We are currently looking for students with Chinese language skills who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in an international retail environment. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis (up to 40 hours per week) and includes weekend shifts.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional service to international customers, especially Chinese-speaking guests
- Support active sales and assist customers with product selection
- Operate the cash register accurately and handle payments
- Maintain an appealing product presentation in-store
- Issue Tax Free Shopping documents and assist with related procedures
Your Profile
- Student status preferred (e.g. enrolled at a university or recent graduate)
- Fluent Chinese language skills required; English and/or German is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Reliable, flexible, and a team player
- Valid work permit for Germany
