1. Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive working experience in the semiconductor industry, chemical laboratories, or a closely related field.
3. Analytical expertise: Significant hands-on experience in chemical analysis, with deep expertise in techniques such as ICP-MS, GC-MS, IC, and various organic analysis methods.
4. Lab & material expertise: Proven experience in managing chemical laboratories, navigating complex chemical regulations, and comprehensive understanding of semiconductor raw materials.
5. Project & stakeholder management: Extensive experience in leading projects with multidisciplinary international teams, coupled with exceptional communication skills for engaging and influencing stakeholders.
6. Quality & risk management: Significant experience in management of analytical instruments, standard samples, Statistical Process Control (SPC), process change management, risk management, structured problem solving, and conducting supplier audits.
7. Leadership: Experience in leading a small team is a significant plus.
8. Mindset: Team-oriented with a positive attitude, flexible and detail-focused, communicative and collaborative, resilient under pressure.
9. Language: Fluent in English (company language). Basic communication skills in Mandarin or German are a plus.
10. Training: Available for on-the-job training in Taiwan, 6 to 9 months.
