A fast-growing e-mobility company focused on sustainable transportation is looking for a skilled Senior E-bike Mechanic to join its refurbishment center in Berlin. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern workshop environment where innovation, mechanics, and sustainability come together.
As part of a dynamic and experienced team, you will work on a wide range of e-bikes, including city, cargo, and mountain models, ensuring each bike is restored to top condition before reaching customers. Your Role
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and quality checks on various e-bike models
- Handle troubleshooting and replacement of mechanical and electrical components
- Prepare e-bikes for customer delivery and maintain the internal fleet
- Support process improvements and contribute ideas to optimize workshop efficiency
- Work independently while collaborating closely with the technical team
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bike or e-bike mechanic
- Strong technical knowledge of e-bikes, components, and repair tools
- Passion for hands-on mechanical work and problem-solving
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Fluent English required (C1); German is considered a plus
