Was Sie erwartet
Sie vertreten die 2. LoD und sind Ansprechpartner für interne Fachbereiche in allen Belangen der Kundensorgfaltspflichten und des Kundenonboardings.
Sie bearbeiten Anfragen im Kontext des Kundenonboardings aus Sicht der 2. LoD und sprechen Empfehlungen für die Entscheidung des Geldwäschebeauftragten hinsichtlich der Aufnahme von Geschäftsbeziehungen aus. Dabei prüfen und dokumentieren Sie die Plausibilität von Angaben zur Vermögens- und Mittelherkunft, zu den wirtschaftlichen Eigentümern und bewerten das Risiko der vorgelegten Geschäftsbeziehung.
Sie bearbeiten die Name Screening Alerts im Rahmen des täglichen Sanktions- und Adverse Media Screening.
Sie unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der internen KYC-Prozesse und wirken diesbezüglich bei der Erstellung der fortlaufenden Berichterstattung an das Management mit.
Sie unterstützen bei der Durchführung von KYC-Prüfungen (Know Your Customer) und stellen die Einhaltung der Kundensorgfaltspflichten gemäß Geldwäschegesetz sicher.
Was Sie mitbringen
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss angrenzender Sachgebiete (z. B. Bankbetriebswirt/in, Bankkaufmann/-frau mit Weiterbildung).
Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Bereich KYC, Kundensorgfaltspflichten oder Geldwäschebekämpfung – vorzugsweise in einer Bank, Kapitalverwaltungs- oder Prüfungsgesellschaft.
Ihre Stärken liegen in Ihrer strukturierten, gewissenhaften und zielorientierten Arbeitsweise, Ihrer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit genauso wie in Ihrem Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick.
Sie verfügen über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Motivation und Freude am eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten.
Sie besitzen Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen in den folgenden Gebieten:
- Gute Kenntnisse der Kundensorgfaltspflichten gemäß Geldwäschegesetz (KYC, CDD).
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Name Screening und Sanktionsüberwachung sind wünschenswert.
- Kenntnisse des Geschäfts von Banken.
- Gute Kenntnisse des MS Office Pakets, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint.
- Sie kommunizieren mündlich und schriftlich in verhandlungssicherem Deutsch (C1/C2) sowie in gutem Englisch.
