Oxford PV is bringing the world’s highest efficiency perovskite-on-silicon tandem solar technology into commercial reality. As a Specialty Sales Manager, you will lead customer engagement and commercial execution for Oxford PV’s specialty product portfolio covering high value, application specific products such as space, aerospace, mobility, building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), and other advanced markets.
You will combine technical understanding with structured sales discipline, owning the full customer lifecycle from opportunity identification to commercial negotiation and account management. You will build and maintain the growth plan for the Specialty business based on detailed customer insights on volume projections and pricing, informing manufacturing decisions and driving profitability at the Brandenburg production site. This role is critical to scaling revenues during Oxford PV’s specialty ramp up, ensuring customer needs feed into product qualification and roadmap decisions.
This role requires a regular presence in the UK and Germany.
What will you be doing?

Identifying and prioritising Specialty market opportunities and developing segment value propositions.

Leading business development activities in partnership with Technical Account Manager(s).

Leading customer engagement and managing technical qualification with cross-functional teams.
- Owning the Specialty sales pipeline, forecasts, and structured sales routines.
- Developing proposals and managing pricing, risk, and deal governance with Finance and Legal.

Building external partnerships and supporting marketing of Specialty products.
- Providing ‘voice-of-customer' feedback into the internal product qualification, certification, and technology roadmap.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Technology, Product, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Legal, Quality, and Finance departments
What will you need to succeed in the role?
Essential skills:

Substantial technical/commercial sales in PV, semiconductors, aerospace components, or high-tech hardware.
- Proven specialty/high-value segment sales record.
- Strong technical literacy (efficiency, reliability, certification, performance).
- Skilled in negotiation, forecasting, and structured pipeline management.
- Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
Desirable skills:

Experience with early-stage technologies or Specialty sectors (aerospace, mobility, BIPV).
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC certification processes.
- Experience with downstream partners/integrators.

Fluent in written and spoken German.
