Your mission as Service Delivery Manager (f/m/d):
Be the primary point of contact for assigned key customers in service and contribute to successful business development
Perform technical service support on-site or remotely via ServiceNow in the frame of service contracts and in coordination with internal interfaces
Actively promote upgrades to our customers by identifying their requirements and deliver tailored solutions to improve the existing installed base
Deliver and organize customer events as well as on-site or factory trainings (on-the-job training, operator, maintenance and train-the-trainer courses).
Perform services operation on the client's site (e.g. on-site integration or demonstration) and be responsible for meeting contractual commitments
Get customer feedback and identify customer needs as input for Sales and R&D related areas
Ensure the timely delivery of technical documentation (e.g. Training Material, User Manuals, Installation Manuals) in coordination with the technical editors and product / project management
Review of technical documentation in coordination with the project managers
Define and prepare training content and tools, based on feedback by the customer/trainees in order to continuously improve trainings sessions and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage service delivery (such as spare part deliveries and repairs) in the frame of service contracts and ensure that the agreed delivery and Turn Around Times (TAT) will be met within the expected costs
We are looking forward to:
Completed technical studies, e.g. engineering or similiar
Previous experience in Defence domains and/or military environment
Experience in customer service and logistics
Experience in performance of trainings and demonstrations
Technical radar specific knowledge is a clear asset
Experience in project management is an asset
Result and customer oriented
Flexible Teamplayer with good communication skills
Willingness for working travels
Very good French and English skills; German skills is an advantage
