About the Role
We are seeking an experienced On-Site IT Support Specialist with 3 to 5 years of field support experience in corporate environments. In this role, you will be the face of IT on the ground—delivering hands-on incident resolution, managing endpoint hardware, maintaining AV-equipped meeting spaces, and collaborating directly with cutting-edge AI digital agents and ITSM workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Technical Support: Deliver hands-on support for user incidents, service requests, and technical inquiries with a focus on first-time resolution.
- AI & Digital Agent Collaboration: Execute, validate, and guide actions suggested by our digital AI agent to resolve technical tasks efficiently.
- Hardware & Workstation Lifecycle: Prepare, install, configure, replace, commission, and relocate workstations, laptops, docking stations, printers, and peripherals.
- Audiovisual & Collaborative Tools: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot meeting room setups, videoconferencing solutions, AV equipment, and collaboration software.
- Logistics & Relocations: Carry out hardware migrations, team relocations, device preparations, and endpoint inventory updates.
- Incident Tracking & Service Management: Accurately log, update, and resolve tickets within our ITSM platform to maintain clear audit trails and high service quality.
- Proactive Maintenance: Perform routine checks on meeting rooms and AV hardware to ensure zero downtime for collaborative tools.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between end-users, the global Service Desk, and specialist tier-3 teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure, streamline support processes, and elevate the Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
Required Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in field support, desktop support, or on-site IT engineering in a corporate setting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Autonomy & Innovation: Ability to work independently while effectively navigating established procedures and utilizing AI-driven support tools.
- Core Technical Knowledge:
- Workplace & OS: Deep understanding of user operating systems (Windows / macOS) and endpoint administration.
- Microsoft 365: Hands-on proficiency with Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and core Microsoft productivity apps.
- Hardware & Peripherals: Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and printers.
- AV & Videoconferencing: Experience supporting modern smart meeting rooms, webcams, displays, and room systems.
- Network & Connectivity: Solid grasp of Wi-Fi setups, VPNs, mobile device management (MDM), and secure remote access.
- ITSM & Inventory: Familiarity with modern ticketing systems, endpoint management software, and IT asset tracking.
- Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic and prioritization skills with a track record of resolving complex issues on the first touch.
