Job Description

Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for complex features covering both the panel's user-facing frontend and its internal systems and integrations

Test the full path from UI to database and API, catching integration issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure

Analyze product requirements and technical specs to uncover hidden edge cases, deep business logic scenarios, and potential system bottlenecks

Act as a bridge between Product Management and Engineering to ensure testing aligns perfectly with client expectations and internal business processes

Lead regression and end-to-end testing across UI, API, and database layers, verifying that complex business workflows behave correctly end to end including data exchanged with dependent internal systems and driving defects to resolution

Track and report on test coverage and quality metrics for stakeholders

Train and mentor Junior QA Engineers, trainees, and working students

Proactively identify and suggest improvements across QA processes and team collaboration

Own the end-to-end QA process, from test strategy and execution through release readiness, go/no-go decisions, and coordination with Product, Engineering, and dependent teams
Qualifications
-
You have minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer

You test full-stack apps, both frontend UI and backend/API
-
You're hands-on with frontend test automation (Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium) and cross-browser testing

You have hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch)

You know HTTP protocols, OpenAPI, and Swagger very well
-
You're proficient in API testing and automation (Postman, Newman, Python, Node.js, Java)

You have experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, Sentry, New Relic, Kibana)

You build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
-
You have excellent written and spoken English
-
You have strong scripting/automation skills and use AI tools to support test case generation and automation
Nice to Have:

You have previous experience as web developer working with PHP & MySQL
-
You have experience with visual regression or accessibility (WCAG) testing tools
