Your tasks:
Independent maintenance and further development of our website (content, landing pages, seasonal updates, job and information sections)
Management, development, and maintenance of social media channels (content planning, posting, community engagement, performance)
Content Production: Photo and video content for social media, including video editing (Reels/Shorts), format development, and storytelling
Organization and coordination of photo shoots (briefing, schedule, themes, partners, rights/assets)
Creation of graphics, or at least the expertise to do so, including for AI
Ensuring compliance with and further development of CI/CD guidelines (look and feel, tone of voice, brand identity)
Commissioning, coordinating, and quality-checking external materials (printing, signage, POS/visual merchandising, promotional materials, equipment branding)
Planning, implementation, and management of campaigns (e.g., social media ads/online marketing), including ad placement, tracking, and analysis
Analytical work: KPI-based evaluation (reach, leads, ticket/event revenue, ROAS/CPA logic) and identification of specific optimization opportunities
Developing decision-making frameworks and advising management on marketing effectiveness, budgets, priorities, and timing
Planning and marketing of park events: from small interactive activities to large-scale theme days, influencer meetups, and major events
Close collaboration with internal teams and partners to implement event communications, operational communications, and the guest journey
Marketing support for WinterStubb, the summer market, and events at the amusement park to enhance appeal and boost sales
Developing and planning new business models and marketing strategies to tap into additional markets and target audiences for the amusement park
Marketing support for sales (quotation materials, presentations, packages, campaigns for groups, companies, schools, etc.)
Developing formats that measurably attract guests and boost revenue (e.g., event bundles, partnerships, themed weeks)

What you bring with you:
Several years of marketing experience in a leadership role (ideally as a manager or team lead)
Extensive experience in social media, content production, and video editing
Design expertise (e.g., Adobe, Canva, Figma, or similar) – You can create designs yourself or professionally manage service providers
Experience in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation, as well as strong analytical skills
Organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a confident demeanor when coordinating with management and other departments
A high degree of personal responsibility, a hands-on approach, and a keen understanding of guests, the brand, and the guest experience
Willingness to work during peak seasons and on weekends (e.g., for events, film shoots, and theme days)
