As a Sales Business Analyst (m/f/d), you will provide transparency into the performance of key operational value drivers and translate this information into clear management insights and recommendations for action. In doing so, you will make a direct contribution to data-driven management and the improvement of operational performance
In particular, you will
- independently conduct complex KPI and driver analyses, analyze variances and performance drivers in day-to-day operations, and derive concrete recommendations for action
- as an operational business partner and analytics sparring partner, provide data-driven consulting to functional departments, management, local units, and relevant interfaces
- prepare decision-making materials for management by translating complex data into clear reports, ad hoc analyses, benchmarks, and commentary
- further develop dashboards, reports, and analytical processes with a focus on data quality, automation, usability, and AI-supported evaluations
- provide analytical support for cross-functional projects and assume shared responsibility for improving operational management and performance
