Client Solutions (Junior Associate / Trainee)
The Role & Expectations:
We are seeking a highly motivated, eager to develop their career in client management revenue generation, and solutions provider as a Junior Associate / Trainee with our Client Solutions team. The Client Solutions team is not only responsible for generating revenue and client capture, but entails a key understanding and execution of long-term client relationship management, project management, and analytical feedback.
Your journey at Vencon will begin with an immersive, comprehensive 3-4 month Trainee period (starting September or October 2026). During this onboarding phase, you will learn the tools, skills, and industry knowledge necessary for our unique, multi-faceted Client Solutions role. Starting January 1, 2027, you will take full ownership of your own sales portfolio and regional revenue targets, with an expectation to fully transition into the role of Client Solutions Associate.
Key Responsibilities for success:
- Drive Growth: Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability to deliver against annual sales targets tied to your identified region(s) and clients.
- Communicate Value: Cultivate a detailed understanding of our service offerings and confidently communicate Vencon’s unique value proposition to key decision-makers.
- Support Research: Learn the internal processes to gather data for our research studies, assist in data analysis, and prepare client-ready presentations.
- Build Relationships: Foster long-term business relationships with key personnel and partners within global consulting and professional services firms.
- Project Management: Successfully coordinate multiple projects in parallel while seamlessly interfacing with clients, partners, and internal departments.
- Collaborate: Work closely within the Client Solutions Team, supporting your colleagues and contributing data-driven insights to company-wide client success initiatives.
Key Criteria - what you can offer:
- Education: A university degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Languages: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are required. Additional languages (such as German, French, Mandarin, or Arabic) are a significant advantage.
- Mindset: An analytical mindset, a self-driven attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently with a strong sense of urgency.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI being essential tools for your daily workflow.
- Thrive under Pressure: Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
- Bonus Points: Prior internship or work experience in sales, customer success, or client relationship management tied to measurable KPIs.
