About the Role
This is your opportunity to take full ownership, build an incredible team from the ground up, and introduce the Yo-Chi experience to a brand new community.
As part of your onboarding, you'll complete comprehensive training at one of our Sydney venues before returning to Canberra to bring everything to life. You'll be fully supported every step of the way, setting you up for success ahead of opening.

What you'll be doing Lead and inspire the team to deliver high energy, exceptional service
Take full responsibility for all venue operations, including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance
Maintain product quality, food safety standards, and operational excellence
Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential
Drive performance by managing KPIs, costs, and overall business growth
Ensure the venue looks sharp, runs safely, and delivers a memorable guest experience
What we're looking for Proven leadership experience managing hospitality, retail, or QSR venues
Strong operational expertise in rostering, stock management, and performance metrics
Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday roster
You build culture, inspire teams, and create positive work environments
Calm under pressure, resilient, and thrives in fast paced environments
Willingness to travel to Sydney for initial training before the venue opens
