Ihre Aufgaben
Technisch-fachliche Führung der Systemarchitektur-Fachgruppe
Technische Entwicklungsleitung in Projekten für militärische Kunden
Koordination und Umsetzung von Systementwicklungsaufgaben in komplexen Projekten
Planung und Steuerung der Systementwicklung auf Projektebene
Gesamtverantwortung für Systemkonzeption und Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern
Definition, Validierung und Review von Systemanforderungen
Verantwortung für modellbasierte Entwicklung und Systemarchitekturen
Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen sowie Festlegung von Modulen und Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen
Fachliche Koordination von Teams, Mentoring sowie Unterstützung in Angebotsphasen
Sicherstellung von Standards, Qualität sowie Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Fachgruppe
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium
Langjährige Erfahrung in militärischen Rüstungsprojekten
Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering
Erfahrung mit Tools wie Enterprise Architect, DOORS, JIRA und MS Project
Fundiertes Wissen in Systemintegration und System Engineering
Kenntnisse in modellbasierter Systementwicklung und Architekturstandards
Erfahrung in Prozess- und Methodenberatung sowie Prozessoptimierung
Analytisch-konzeptionelle Denkweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
Fähigkeit zur verständlichen Darstellung komplexer Inhalte
Starke Selbstorganisation und Fähigkeit zum Multitasking in Projekten
Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
Teamfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Resilienz
Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Beratungsstärke
Erfahrung in Projektleitung, Multiprojektmanagement und militärischen Beschaffungsprozessen
