Bedienen und Einrichten von CNC-Drehmaschinen.
Lesen und Interpretieren technischer Zeichnungen und Fertigungsaufträge.
Überwachen der Bearbeitungsprozesse zur Gewährleistung von Genauigkeit und Qualität.
Durchführen von routinemäßigen Wartungsarbeiten und kleineren Anpassungen an den Maschinen.
Prüfen der Fertigteile mittels Messmitteln (Messschieber, Bügelmessschrauben, Lehren).
Strikte Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards.
Erfahrung als CNC-Maschinenbediener oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.
Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung und Werkzeugkunde.
Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen zu lesen und Messmittel zu verwenden.
Hohes Maß an Sorgfalt und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem teamorientierten Produktionsumfeld.
