Wonderweblabs is a growing company in the startup hub Berlin. We’re building highly individual and customized solutions in the field of web applications, platforms and mobile applications for our clients. Our target is to develop first class and future leading solutions and to be part of the modern web movement. Since we create tailor-made software for our clients, we develop our applications from scratch with the help of many different software libraries.
As a full-stack web developer you’ll take part on our mid-sized and large client projects. Additionally, you can drive forward our internal products which help us to build projects faster and more solid. You’ll take part in all steps of the development of our projects, no matter if it is an UI concept, frontend / backend development or basic system administration.
- Plan projects with the team
- Develop semantic frontend-websites
- Develop complex backend functionalities
- Develop database, caching and API structures
- Be responsible for delivering elegant and maintainable code
- Learn every day new things
You should bring the following skills and attitudes to be part of the wonderweblabs team:
- Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
- Deep knowledge about cross-browser compatible websites
- Good knowledge of any language and framework for web development
- A natural feeling for esthetic and usability
- Courage to go for innovation and change and to give constructive feedback
- Analytical way to think and a structured way to work
- Fluency in English
Experiences with the following topics would be desirable and qualify you even more for this job:
- Ruby on Rails
- HAML, SASS and/or Coffeescript
- jQuery, BackboneJS, MarionetteJS, AngularJS
- Mac OS X and/or Linux/Debian/Ubuntu
- Photoshop
- Git
- Jira, Trello, Github, Bitbucket
