Comprehensive Financial Operations & Process Execution: Actively participate in and manage operational finance processes across one or multiple financial disciplines, including corporate finance management, cost and expense controlling, budgeting, treasury & cash flow management, accounting coordination, and internal control activities.

Routine Operations & Continuous Process Improvement: Take ownership of day-to-day financial operations within the assigned area of responsibility. Continuously analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive optimization initiatives to improve accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.

Financial Reporting & Management Support: Prepare regular financial reports, management presentations, and ad-hoc analyses for local and regional leadership teams to support business reviews and strategic planning.

Data Analysis & System Utilization: Utilize financial systems and analytical tools to ensure high-quality financial data, improve reporting automation, and support data-driven decision-making processes.

Risk Management & Compliance: Support financial governance, internal controls, and compliance processes to ensure adherence to corporate policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.

Cross-functional & International Collaboration: Work closely with local and global teams across Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and HQ functions to provide financial insights, identify business risks and opportunities, and support performance improvement initiatives.

Global Mindset: Base initial operations on practical workflows in domestic positions within China to deeply understand the company’s financial and management culture. Through on-the-job learning, rapidly develop into an international financial backbone to support the company’s global expansion.

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in financial Management, accounting, or other related disciplines.

Further qualifications is a plus - ACCA, CPA, CFA or recipients of academic scholarships

Strong experience in controlling and financial planning, preferrable within Chinese companies.

Proficient and fluent in English and Chinese are a must; proficiency in additional foreign languages is a strong plus.
