Your mission as Senior Account Executive is simple: take complete ownership of the DACH territory, aggressively prospect into mid-market and enterprise retail accounts, and turn relationships into closed ARR. We work 80% asynchronously and judge you entirely on pipeline velocity and quota achievement—not on the number of hours you sit on Zoom.
We don't measure you by years of experience; we measure you by outcomes. Here is what you will achieve in your first 3 months:
Day 30: You have completely mastered the Publitas value proposition, understand our core retail/e-commerce personas, and have built a targeted list of your top 50 high-priority DACH accounts.
Day 60: You have independently built and launched multichannel outbound sequences. You are running discovery calls completely unassisted and have successfully moved your first self-generated opportunities into the negotiation stage (at least 1).
Day 90: Your outbound engine is predictable. You have built an active pipeline worth 3x your quarterly target and closed your first mid-market DACH deal.
