For our General Health Insurance division, we are offering a position for the Melsungen location at the earliest possible date:

Apprenticeship as a social insurance clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

You will learn how to provide our insured persons (m/f/d) with expert support and comprehensive advice
You will learn independent and final case processing in the areas of customer management or supply management

Your profile:

Empathy, open-mindedness, communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
Ability to work in a team, commitment, resilience and a strong focus on quality and customer orientation
Good knowledge of MS Office
Interest and affinity in the field of digitization of processes
Ability to work independently, autonomously and purposefully
Ideally good persuasive skills to drive sales activities forward
