Allianz Digital Health (ADH) is a Munich, Germany based 100% subsidiary of Allianz SE aiming at the modernization and digitization of global Allianz health entities by providing technical excellence at scale. ADH offers these entities digital and data-based health services on a modern IT architecture to support their core insurance processes and health specific services alike. In this dual role, you are the backbone of our physical workspace. You ensure that our office runs like clockwork while taking full ownership of our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards. You will be the central point of contact for all infrastructural topics and the guardian of our legal compliance regarding workplace safety, ensuring our around 50 employees can work in a safe, healthy, and motivating environment.
Responsibilities
Office Administration& Operations
- Office Organization: You make sure our office is a place where great work happens – organized, efficient, and always running smoothly.
- Vendors& Contracts: You build strong relationships with our service providers and make sure we always get the best performance at the best price.
- Culture& Events: You actively shape our company culture – your events and initiatives leave a lasting impression and strengthen the bond across the team.
- First Impression: You set the tone for our entire office experience – employees and guests feel welcome and well taken care of from the very first second.
Health& Safety
- Safety Officer: You take ownership of making our office a safe place for everyone – your work has a direct impact on the wellbeing of every single team member.
- Safe Work Environment: You spot where things can be better and take action – making our office a little safer and more comfortable every day.
- Training& Emergency Drills: You make sure everyone knows what to do when it matters most – your preparation gives the whole team confidence and peace of mind.
- Certification Management: You keep track of all relevant certifications and ensure we are always compliant and well-prepared.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Education: A completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field – whether that's business administration, facility management, or something similar.
- Experience: 2+ years in office administration, operations, or a similar role – you know how to keep things running.
- Safety Know-how: You've had exposure to occupational health& safety, or you're genuinely excited to grow into this responsibility – we'll make sure you're fully certified and set up for success.
- Mindset: You're organized, proactive, and hands-on – you notice what needs to be done and take care of it, whether it's a broken coffee machine or a blocked fire exit.
- Attention to Detail: You work carefully and reliably, especially when it comes to documentation and keeping records up to date.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in both English and German – German is essential for working with local authorities and safety regulations.
