Aufgaben
Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Speditions- und Logistikverträgen mit nationalen und internationalen Auftraggebern
Juristische Beratung zu Transportdokumenten und Einzelfragen des speditionellen Tagesgeschäfts
Prüfung von sonstigen unternehmenstypischen Verträgen (z.B. IT- oder Mietverträge) und rechtlichen Fragestellungen
Beratende Unterstützung bei der Geltendmachung von Ansprüchen und Rechtsstreitigkeiten, erforderlichenfalls in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien
Unterstützung bei der Gesellschafts- und Vertragsverwaltun
Profil
Volljurist(in) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
Berufserfahrung im Transportrecht und/oder in der internationalen Vertragsgestaltung wünschenswert
Freude an der Arbeit in einem kleinen Team mit breitgefächertem Aufgabenspektrum, basierend auf Vertrauen, Offenheit, Loyalität, Einsatz und Spaß
Hands-on-Mentalität und ein gesundes Maß an Neugier
