Position: SAP HCM Consultant - Mid / Senior Level
Location: Germany - Multiple Hubs (Frankfurt/Rhine-Main, Hamburg, Rhine-Ruhr, Greater Göttingen, Rhineland-Palatinate, Munich/Upper Bavaria)
Work Model: Hybrid (Flexible Home Office + up to 20% travel for project workshops)
Hybrid: 2 - 3 home-office days per week
Fully remote is not an option - occasional office/customer presence expected

Key Responsibilities
Guide external corporate clients on optimizing and evolving their SAP HCM landscapes. Take independent technical ownership of work packages, custom configurations, and sub-projects. Design, implement, and maintain custom payroll evaluation logic, wage types, schemas, and time-tracking rules.
Provide continuous technical and functional support both remotely and through on-site stakeholder workshops.
Candidate Profile
4+ years of consulting or hands-on implementation experience in SAP HR / HCM systems.
Deep functional and customizing proficiency in at least two core areas: Personnel Administration (PA), German Payroll (PY-DE), or Time Management (PT).
Working knowledge across related HR-IT components (OM, PE, Employee/Manager Self-Service).
Fluent German (min. B2/C1) for client-facing workshops and documentation; English is a plus.
Cloud HR exposure (SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll) or basic ABAP debugging skills are welcome advantages.
