You will play a key role in the international rollout of SaaS solutions, connecting project delivery, smart solution design, and cross-functional collaboration across countries and teams. Your mission

Develop and implements solutions and own the product roadmaps

Drive feature delivery with a clear eye on timelines and budgets

Keep HR systems and processes running smoothly while continuously improving them

Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners to shape practical, business-focused products and services

Spot opportunities to simplify and improve processes across the organization

Establish a digital-first mindset, you will be report directly to the head of digital transformation
What you bring

Proven experience in HR digitalization projects

A solid foundation in PMO or IT project management and a strong understanding of HR processes

A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and self-organization
-
Knowledge of P&I Loga is a plus

German skills are welcome but not essential
