Als Teil unserer HR Operations Varian Organisation unterstützen Sie unsere lokalen HR Business Partner bei operativen und administrativen Fragestellungen. Diese Position ist auf zwei Jahre befristet.
Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter in den Themenbereichen On- & Offboarding, Zeitwirtschaft sowie Gehaltsabrechnung

Sie sind zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Vorbereitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und stehen im direkten Kontakt mit unserem Lohnbuchhalter

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung und Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten innerhalb des kompletten „Employee Lifecycles“, der Verwaltung von An- und Abwesenheiten sowie für das Bescheinigungswesen Sie arbeiten Hand in Hand mit unseren lokalen HR

Business Partners und unterstützen bei der Abwicklung von administrative HR-Prozessen
Ihr Profil:
-
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit einem verwaltungstechnischen/kaufmännischen Schwerpunkt
-
Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in einem professionellem Büroumfeld mit Fokus auf Personaladministration, Gehaltsabrechnung oder generellen HR Tätigkeiten

Versierter Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket (insbesondere Excel und Word) sowie erste Berührungspunkte mit anderen Tools der Personalwirtschaft, wie zum Beispiel Workday und ServiceNow, sind von Vorteil

Sie bringe eine Bereitschaft für deutschlandweite Dienstreisen mit

Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften aller Ebenen sowie eine selbstständige, verlässliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Spaß an der Arbeit im Team sowie Interesse an virtueller und persönlicher Zusammenarbeit

Fließende Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
