AI is changing the way we work, and we want to build with it, not just talk about it.
We're looking for a curious, hands-on Working Student to join our Technology team and work directly with our Head of IT. You'll help explore new AI tools, build automations, test ideas, and turn experiments into practical solutions that improve how we work every day.
This isn't a traditional IT support role. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, loves learning, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to experiment.
Build AI-powered automations and internal tools
Prototype and test new AI use cases across the business
Research emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities
Improve internal processes through AI and automation
Work closely with our Head of IT to turn ideas into reality
Support technology projects across different teams

Research software and technology solutions
Help improve internal processes and workflows
Support workshops, meetings and team initiatives when needed
We're looking for potential, curiosity and initiative more than a perfect CV.
