What you offer
-
Completed commercial training, business degree or comparable qualification
-
Experience in customer support, project coordination or aviation-related commercial activities
-
Good understanding of customer requirements and commercial processes
-
Strong communication and presentation skills
-
Fluent English skills are required; additional languages, including German, are an advantage

Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships
-
Structured and solution-oriented working approach

Basic knowledge of aviation contracts, maintenance services or aviation regulations is an advantage
These are your tasks
-
Support and coordinate aircraft maintenance projects from a commercial perspective
-
Act as an interface between customers, Project Leaders and internal departments
-
Support contract compliance before, during and after maintenance events
-
Assist with quotations, negotiations and project-related commercial activities
-
Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
-
Support customer meetings and prepare project-related documentation
-
Contribute to the successful handover of projects to operational departments
-
General administrative support within the Sales and Customer Support function
