The agile Release Train of the Customer Data Hub (CDH) is responsible for development and operations to provide convergent customer data in real time from all IT stacks. We rely on innovative technologies such as K2View Fabric, Kafka, and cloud-native architectures in AWS. With millions of API calls and event triggers per month, we support the digital interactions of our Vodafone customers.
As SAFe Scrum Master (m/f/d) in the Customer Data Hub (CDH), you are the central coach and facilitator for an agile team in the “Production Operation” or “Deployments/Initial Loads” area. Additionally, you support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) in managing the agile Release Train with 11 agile teams. You promote agile methods, remove obstacles, strengthen team culture, and make a significant contribution to the successful implementation of business-critical projects that have a direct impact on Vodafone’s digital transformation and business success. In doing so, you act in our state-of-the-art, exciting, and dynamic work environment based on SAFe as a bridge between international, distributed teams and ensure smooth communication and collaboration. What to expect:

You are responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with the Scrum process as well as the Scrum-of-Scrums process.

You proactively support the Release Train Engineer in all tasks related to managing the agile Release Train and in conducting all agile ceremonies at program level (PI Plannings, System Demos, and I&A).

You advise and support the Product Owner in creating user stories, particularly regarding prioritization and sprint planning.

You maintain the flow of information between Product Owner and team, strive for maximum value, and continuously optimize the agile flow.

You organize retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities and actively drive the change process within the team.

You track and report sprint progress and remove obstacles, especially with external dependencies.

You ensure high quality and productivity through targeted measures and monitoring.

You promote open, constructive communication between onshore and offshore teams.
