Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsprozessen

Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen zur Steigerung von Sicherheit, Qualität und Effizienz

Mitarbeit und Leitung von Continuous Improvement- und Lean Six Sigma-Projekten

Verfahrenstechnische Unterstützung von Investitionsprojekten von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme

Durchführung von Risikoanalysen (HAZOP, PHA, PSSR) und Unterstützung des Process Safety Managements

Technische Beratung für Produktion, Engineering und weitere Fachbereiche

Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, idealerweise Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar

3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer sicherheitskritischen Fertigungsumgebung

Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessoptimierung, Anlagensicherheit und Änderungsmanagement (MOC)

Kenntnisse in HAZOP, ATEX und relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften

Analytische Denkweise, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
