The internship assignment:
The AI Adoption & Implementation Intern will play a key role in driving the integration of AI tools and workflows within Tesla's Cell department at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. Working closely with the Sr. Technical Program Manager, the intern will support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI solutions — with a focus on Tesla's internal AI platforms and Coding Agents — to improve operational efficiency, data analysis, and team productivity across the Cell organization.
What You'll Do-
Support the development and execution of an AI adoption roadmap for the Battery Cell department.

Identify use cases where AI tools can add value to existing Cell processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and implement AI-driven workflows and automations.

Build and maintain knowledge agents from team documents and internal resources.

Prepare presentations, reports, and training materials to support AI literacy across the Cell team.

Track and report on AI adoption metrics, identifying areas for improvement and scaling.

Assist with the coordination of AI-related projects, including stakeholder communication and timeline management.

Stay up to date with Tesla's approved AI tools and internal policies, ensuring compliant usage across the team.
What You'll Bring-
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

Profound interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and process optimization.

Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.

Proficiency in common MS Office applications; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.

Analytical mindset with a structured, problem-solving approach.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
