As Business Development Director Manufacturing (f/m/x), you drive new business growth within the Manufacturing sector across the DACH region. Your primary focus lies on acquiring new enterprise clients, complemented by the selective expansion of existing Manufacturing accounts.
You connect with industrial enterprises navigating transformation, from smart factory initiatives and Industrial IoT environments to MES/MOM integration, manufacturing data platforms, AI-driven optimization, and cloud-enabled production architectures.
You understand the operational realities behind these initiatives and recognize where production, operational technology, and enterprise IT intersect. In these complex environments, you identify and shape opportunities that generate measurable and sustainable business value.
In close collaboration with consulting, pre-sales, and delivery teams, you lead clients from initial executive dialogue through structured pursuit processes toward long-term strategic partnerships.
