We are an owner-operated, innovative center in the field of reproductive medicine, supporting involuntarily childless couples on their journey to parenthood. In our state-of-the-art IVF laboratory, you will find a dedicated and well-organized team. The possibility of assuming laboratory management in the future exists.
Your tasks:
- Performing and monitoring all routine procedures in the andrology and IVF laboratory (IVF, ICSI, TESE, IMSI, assisted hatching, vitrification of oocytes, PNs, blastocysts, conventional and time-lapse embryo culture, sperm preparation, spermiograms, cryopreservation of sperm and testicular tissue, SDI test, CatSper test, Zymot procedure)
- Training of new colleagues, as well as the professional training and further education of the andrology and IVF team in close cooperation with the medical management.
- Participation in congresses and workshops with continuous development of the laboratory.
- Implementation and organization of quality management in the laboratory, as well as documentation, data processing, and material procurement.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Technical and organizational implementation, monitoring and responsibility for the storage of cryopreserved material and cells
Your qualifications:
- Completed university degree in biology or equivalent
- Professional recognition with AGRBM and/or ESHRE certification and relevant professional experience
- Experience in the responsible management of the QM system and quality assurance in the IVF laboratory
- Experience in data processing (especially MedITEX (and corresponding internal evaluations))
- Good knowledge of the relevant legal regulations in the IVF laboratory (AMG, AMWHV, TPG, TPG-GewV, SoHO etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, especially with patients and authorities.
- Strong organizational skills and leadership competence
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Teamwork and communication skills
- German as a native language or very good German skills (at least level C1) and job-relevant English skills
- Strong interest in independent professional development as well as in technical and structural innovations
