As a working student you support our contingent workforce team who is responsible to hire all temporary roles and manage all external contractors. You’ll support the seamless integration of temporary workers across the whole factory ensuring our mission to accelerate sustainable energy continues at full speed.
What You'll Do
Understand different contingent classifications and their onboarding process thoroughly to guide the stakeholders to correct onboarding process when required.
Support the team throughout the Contingent Workforce recruitment cycle.
Support the collection and organization of documentation (contracts, compliance checks, extensions).
Create and update existing process documentation across all platforms.
Perform data cleanups on regular intervals to ensure data accuracy & data efficiency.
Learn about stakeholder management and how to develop lasting internal relationships across a range of departments in order to ensure clear communication, smooth processes and great candidate experience.
Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives, from data analysis to process improvements.
What You'll Bring
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or similar.

Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.

Previous internship experience in Recruitment preferred.

Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of creativity, perseverance and openness to change.

Structured way of work and good administrative skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Open to occasional event travel.
