Completed engineering degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial/manufacturing engineering, mechatronics)

Several years of experience in manufacturing engineering/industrialisation/industrial project management, ideally in an assembly-to-order environment

Practical experience in setting up new assembly lines and test equipment for complex electromechanical products, as well as solid knowledge of the relevant manufacturing processes

Experience in line design and methods planning (layout, workstations, cycle times), DFM/DFA, lean methods, FMEA, control plans, and structured problem solving

High level of personal responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset, with an analytically structured way of working, resilience, and confidence in collaborating with various stakeholders up to management level

Confident handling of technical drawings and common digital tools (e.g. CAD viewers, layout tools, MS Project, Excel)

Business-fluent English skills; German is an advantage
