What awaits you: Provide day-to-day support to the VP Engineering Global combining strategic coordination with hands-on administrative tasks:

Manage complex calendars

Prepare presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes

Organize business travel incl. documentation and expense reporting

Coordinate appointments, also during international travel

Plan and execute meetings, workshops, and events (logistics, catering, equipment)

Support organization of the annual Global Leadership Meeting

Handle confidential information with discretion

Manage vendor invoices and administrative workflows

Maintain digital filing systems in line with internal standards

Conduct research and process information
