- The Medical Systems Division is Olympus's largest business unit and a global leader in market and technology for medical endoscopes. In the role of the Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible for full management of existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers in the field of consumables/endotherapy in the Berlin, Magdeburg, Dessau, and Neubrandenburg region.
Conducting sales negotiations confidently and implementing the sales strategy
Revenue responsibility
Achieving sales targets according to plan
Conducting product presentations in endoscopy and bronchoscopy
Monitoring and analyzing competitors
Participating in trade fairs, congresses, and workshops
Actively participating in / leading training courses for auxiliary staff
Your qualification
Completed commercial or medical training
- 2-3 years of sales experience in a hospital environment are advantageous
Confident handling of MS Office applications and good IT affinity
Strong organizational skills• Excellent communication skills and a convincing demeanor• Conceptual and strategic thinking
- Ability to self-motivate
Team player
High commitment and willingness to travel
Good English skills
