We are seeking an experienced Migration Manager – Custody & Fund Accounting to lead complex international migration programs. In this role, you will manage transitions involving custodians, depositaries, fund administrators, and asset servicing providers across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, governance, execution, and stabilization of large-scale custody and fund accounting migrations. This position requires deep expertise in investment operations, stakeholder management, and operating model transformation, as well as a thorough understanding of the regulatory environments across international fund domiciles.
Program and Project Management

Lead large-scale custody and fund accounting migration programs, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initiation through to post-go-live stabilization.

Develop and maintain comprehensive migration plans, including detailed milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.

Coordinate diverse workstreams across Operations, Fund Accounting, Custody, Depositary, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and external providers.

Ensure consistent delivery in alignment with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.
Migration Design and Readiness

Define strategic migration frameworks, transition approaches, and detailed cutover plans.

Support the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM).

Conduct operational readiness assessments and establish critical migration checkpoints.

Coordinate due diligence activities and validate service models.
Execution and Go-Live Management

Manage key execution activities, including data migration, account opening, KYC, tax documentation, and asset transfers.

Coordinate all testing phases, such as interface testing, parallel runs, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and dress rehearsals.

Lead migration weekends and oversee all cutover activities.

Ensure a seamless and successful transition into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
Risk and Regulatory Oversight

Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and migration-related risks.

Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and fund governance standards.

Support contractual negotiations, including transfer agreements, SLAs, and KPI frameworks.
Experience

8+ years of experience in Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Custody, Fund Administration, or Investment Operations.

A proven track record in managing international custody and/or fund accounting migration programs.

Extensive experience collaborating with global custodians and fund administrators.

Experience in managing multi-jurisdictional fund structures and operating models.
