Deine Aufgaben
- Zubereitung von Speisen und Getränken mit Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail
- Sicherstellen, dass jedes Gericht unseren hohen Qualitätsstandards entspricht und ansprechend präsentiert wird, unter Einhaltung der strengen Hygienevorschriften
- Einhaltung und kontinuierliche Überwachung der Qualitätsstandards
- Annahme von Lieferungen, Verwaltung des Inventars und reibungsloser Ablauf in der Küche
- Einarbeitung und Unterstützung neuer Teammitglieder, um ihr Wachstum zu fördern
- Führung, Motivation und Inspiration des Store-Teams, um ein positives und effizientes Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen
Das solltest du mitbringen
- Du bist sehr zuverlässig, verantwortungsbewusst und gut erreichbar
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und bist in der Lage, Probleme zu lösen
- Du bist empathisch und verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist belastbar, stressresistent und flexibel in deinen Arbeitszeiten
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Küche, idealerweise im Fast-Food- oder Systemgastronomie-Bereich
- Eigeninitiative und Motivation, Prozesse mitzugestalten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Your tasks
- Prepare and cook delicious food and beverages with care and attention to detail
- Ensure every dish meets our high-quality standards and is presented beautifully, while following strict hygiene regulations
- Maintain and monitor quality standards consistently
- Receive deliveries, manage inventory, and keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Train and support new team members, helping them grow
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the store team to create a positive and efficient work environment
What you should bring
- You are highly reliable, responsible, and reachable
- You work independently and are capable of solving problems
- You are empathetic and have strong communication skills
- You are resilient, stress-resistant, and flexible with your working hours
