We, the Fenchem team in Cologne, are a multicultural and growing team driving our location forward with commitment and an international mindset. As part of our Established Sales Team (EST), you will take an active role in expanding our B2B business across Europe.
Fenchem Biotek Ltd., headquartered in China, was founded in 1995 and has been present in Cologne since 2013. As a manufacturer and international marketer, we serve industries such as Feed, Nutrition, Cosmetics, and Industrial Applications.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as:
International Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and further develop existing key accounts as well as small and medium-sized customers
- Actively expand the B2B business in the areas of Feed, Nutrition, Cosmetics, or Industrial
- Contribute to achieving regional sales targets in close coordination with the Country Manager
- Identify growth opportunities and new projects with existing and new customers
- Conduct price and contract negotiations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and the headquarters in China
- Use CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to manage your sales activities
- Participate in international customer meetings and trade fairs
Your Profile
- Completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in key account management
- Ideally experience in the chemical, nutrition, cosmetics, or related industries
- Proven track record in sales growth and customer management
- Native-level Italian with very good written and spoken English skills
- Confident use of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and networking skills
- Valid drivers license (Class B) and willingness to travel
