What You'll Do
You will work in the Paint department as part of operations and vehicle finishing processes. You play a key role in dent repair, surface preparation, and high-quality coating application on Tesla vehicles. Your work directly contributes to the flawless finish of the new Model Y.

Perform fast, precise surface repair on body shapes and painted car bodies, followed by professional preparation for coating.

Carry out car-painting tasks in the automotive industry, including surface sanding, priming, basecoat and clear-coat application, color matching, and final polishing to achieve OEM-quality finishes.

Independently assess your own work for quality and correct any defects to meet Tesla’s high standards.

Report any surface or paint-related issues promptly and accurately to your supervisor.

Maintain a safe, clean, and collaborative work environment in the paint shop.
What You'll Bring
- Completed training as a car painter (Autolackierer/in), industrial painter, body repair technician, or a comparable qualification.

Initial hands-on experience as a car painter or dent technician in the automotive industry.

Relevant professional experience in series production or manufacturing, ideally within the automotive sector.

Strong quality orientation, attention to detail, and a hands-on mentality; willingness to work shifts (continuous alternating shift model, 5-day week).

Enthusiasm for modern production technologies and the ability to develop creative solutions for process improvements.

Fluent German; good English is an advantage.
