Responsibilities:
- Act as Finance Business Partner for Construction stakeholders, providing financial insights and decision support
- Deliver management, departmental, and ad hoc reporting, including performance reviews and variance analysis
- Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, labor cost analysis, and FTE planning
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage month-end close activities, including accruals, cost validation, and budget monitoring
- Maintain cost center structures, allocations, and financial governance while supporting audit activities
- Drive process improvements, standardization initiatives, and implementation of FCC guidelines
- Collaborate with Regional and Group Finance to ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Controlling, or FP&A
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and month-end close processes
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders and supporting operational decision-making
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, German language knowledge is an advantage
