At ToolTime, we build cloud-based software for trades people. A platform that digitizes workflows, reduces admin work, and gives craft businesses valuable time back in their day. Since 2019, our mission has been to simplify every step of their operations, from creating offers to tracking time.
Behind this mission stands a diverse team of 80+ talented people from various backgrounds and nationalities who work together to modernize the trades’ industry in a meaningful and sustainable way.
What sets us apart? The energy of a modern SaaS startup combined with a strong financial foundation. With €55 million in funding and investors deeply connected to the trades sector, we’re well positioned to scale our product and impact even further.
ToolTime’s DNA is shaped by innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement — and we’re always looking for motivated people who want to push the industry forward with us.
As Product Designer UX/UI (all genders), you will join one of our cross-functional product squads and design AI-first experiences that let craft businesses run their operations effortlessly.
Squad member: You become part of a cross-functional product squad focused on constant value delivery to our customers – contributing to the feature roadmap based on user insights and business KPIs.
User research: You plan and run lightweight research (interviews, usability tests), synthesize findings with AI, and turn insights into clear problem definitions and design decisions.
Concept & prototyping: You develop product concepts together with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and validate them early with testable prototypes in Figma or an AI tool of your choice.
UX/UI design: You derive improvement ideas from product analytics and use the ToolTime Design System to create high-fidelity responsive designs and native mobile experiences – including motion design and custom graphics.
AI-powered experiences: You design AI-first user flows and, as ToolTime brings more AI into its product, grow into shaping fully AI-powered product experiences.
AI in your workflow: You use AI tools daily for research, ideation, copy drafts, and prototyping – while staying responsible for the design decisions behind the output.
