Your tasks
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives
- Drive the continuous evolution and optimization of social media activities across all international markets
- Establish and standardize scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices for social media management
- Collaborate closely with local country teams to ensure consistent execution
- Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and derive actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Lead stakeholder management across internal departments (e.g., procurement, media, content production) and ensure strong cross-functional alignment
- Manage and coordinate external partners, including media agencies and platform representatives (e.g., Meta)
- Identify new trends, tools, and opportunities within the social media landscape
- Provide strategic guidance, training, and support to regional teams to enhance social media capabilities
- Oversee budget planning and allocation for social media initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Your profile
- Several years of relevant professional experience in social media and marketing, ideally within the retail/trade sector or on the agency side
- Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies in an international environment
- Strong understanding of international markets and intercultural communication
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- English minimum B2
