Who we're looking for
Fixico is a fast-growing tech company, backed by top-tier investors and expanding rapidly across Europe and the US. We're looking for a Lead Network Account Manager to take ownership of our German repair shop network and help shape how we further grow this market.
What you'll do
This is a strategic role. You'll focus on the big picture: building a strong, high-performing network across Germany. You'll spend your time on things that matter most: partnerships, market coverage, and network quality. You'll also roll up your sleeves on key projects where your direct involvement makes the difference.
Your main responsibilities:

Own the German network strategy and set priorities for the team

Build and maintain relationships with key repair shop partners and channel partners

Identify gaps in market coverage and define how to close them

Monitor network performance and act on what the data tells you

Guide and support junior and part-time team members in their work

Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals and output

Be the face of Fixico for strategic partners in Germany
What you bring

6+ years of experience in account management, network development, or a similar role

Background in the automotive industry or working with repair shops

Confident in leading a team, even without formal authority

Strong commercial instinct and a strategic mindset

Fluent in English and German

Based in Germany

Open to regular travel within Germany and to our office in Amsterdam
