UGA Biopharma GmbH is a research and development organization founded in 2009 and located in Hennigsdorf near Berlin. With an international team of experts, the company specializes in the development of monoclonal cell lines to produce biologics and biosimilars.

UGA Biopharma supports its customers across the entire development value chain, from cell line development and bioprocess design to the development of purification and analytical methods. The company tailors its services to customers’ specific requirements and delivers customized, high-quality solutions. In addition, UGA offers ready-to-use (R2U) cell lines for the expression of biosimilar candidates, as well as its proprietary CHO Prime® feed and media platform for cell culture applications.

UGA Biopharma’s customers have successfully utilized its products in clinical trials and achieved the corresponding market approvals.

Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d)

Your tasks in our team:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s global presence in the biopharma sector
Create and design engaging digital and print marketing materials, including website updates, LinkedIn posts, white papers, newsletters, brochures, and leave-behind materials
Collaborate with internal teams to produce scientific content, such as case studies, webinars, and technical brochures
Manage the company’s website and digital advertising activities to drive lead generation and brand visibility
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, webinars, and virtual events
Coordinate and represent the company at international biotech and CDMO conferences and trade shows, ensuring strong brand presence and effective networking
Support the business development team in client acquisition, strategic growth initiatives, and market expansion

What we expect from you:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biotechnology in Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in marketing, business development, or sales within the biopharma, CDMO, or biotech industry
Proficiency in graphic design tools, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and LinkedIn marketing
Proven experience in developing and design engaging digital marketing content, including website updates, LinkedIn posts, and marketing collateral (e.g., leave-behind materials)
Basic understanding of cell line development, upstream processing, and biologics manufacturing is considered an advantage
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoken English & German skills are required
Proactive communication style with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Solid computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
Willingness to travel as required

Start date: immediately
Employment duration: initially limited to two years, with the option of subsequent conversion to a permanent employment contract
