Job Summary
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations and S/4HANA transformationsDrive both greenfield (new implementations) and brownfield (system conversion) projectsDesign and solution SAP Finance architectures, aligning business requirements with scalable S/4HANA solutionsAnalyze and manage SAP S/4HANA simplification items and their impact on Finance processesSupport data migration activities ( validation, reconciliation)Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, leading workshops and translating requirements into solution designsConfigure and optimize SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, etc.)Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systemsLead fit-to standard analyses, solution discussions, and design decisionsAnalyse and implement relevant SAP Simplification itemsSupport testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and go-live activitiesProvide guidance on best practices for S/4HANA FinanceCollaborate with international teams, including system integrators-12+ Years of demonstrated experience'- Should be german speaking- S/4 HANA Finance architect- Should have hands on S/4 Finance modules AR/AP/GL/banking/COPA- Should have worked in the role of finance architect for atleast 2 SAP Implementation projects
Key Responsibilities
1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
