We are currently preparing the confidential pre-launch of a new international concept – and we're looking for 20 selected people in every city who want to help us build it from the very beginning.
You won't simply step into an established structure.
You'll help create one.
YOUR MISSION
Your city is your starting point.
FIND
Discover exciting locations and identify the ones that fit our concept.
CONNECT
Meet the people behind them and build genuine relationships.
CONVINCE
Introduce our concept to selected locations and partners and bring the right ones on board.
BUILD
Develop a local network and community – connection by connection, location by location.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be out there discovering places, approaching people, creating partnerships and helping us grow an international network.
And yes – travel can become part of the journey.

You might be exactly who we're looking for if you:
- love meeting new people
- are confident approaching people you don't know
- have a natural talent for connecting people
- know your city – or love discovering it
- communicate confidently and authentically
- work independently and take initiative
- are interested in lifestyle, hospitality, events and experiences
- are open to travelling
- enjoy building something instead of simply joining something that already exists
Previous sales experience can help, but it's not what will make the difference.
Your personality, initiative and ability to create connections will.
COMPENSATION
This opportunity is 100% performance- and commission-based. There is no fixed salary.
Your compensation is directly linked to the successful locations, partnerships and business you help create.
There is no financial investment or participation fee required from you.
Full details of the commission structure and contractual setup will be explained transparently before any collaboration begins.
