Duties:
- Support Department Manager to handle the technical operations in EMEA area, implement and improved MNR workflows to improve efficiency and overall quality.
- Cooperate with the team to complete the MNR turnaround days, repair cost control and other technical KPI issued by the company.
- Responsible for reviewing repair estimates of the EMEA’s depot inventory and ensuring that all repairs are assessed and approved in accordance with the company's technical guidelines and industry standards.
- Liaise with lessee and depots to follow up off-hired containers’ repair dispute and approvals.
- Ensure EDI is updated in time and monitor the accuracy of depot inventory data.
- Assist in analyzing and evaluating various MNR data and producing related reports.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Handle other assigned work.
- Business traveling required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering technology or logistics.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in container technical, logistics industry or business sectors related. Candidate with more work experience maybe considered for a Senior position.
- Understanding of container technology, working experience in shipping company MNR, container leasing company MNR, or depot container inspection working experience is preferred.
- IICL inspection certification required.
- Solid knowledge of operational aspects of the maritime container industry.
- Strong customer services & problem-solving skills and team orientation.
- Strong communication skill, proficient in spoken and written English.
Remuneration package will be subject to variables such as experience, qualification, education etc.. The pay range is for reference only.
