Our client is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential leads using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools

Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn outreach, inbound strategies, etc.)

Qualify and manage both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with the companys target customer profile

Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize lead nurturing processes

Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously improve lead generation strategies

Represent the company at industry and tech events (both online and in person) to network and identify new opportunities

Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Experience required:

Proven experience in B2B lead generation, ideally within the tech or SaaS sector

Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, lead generation tools, and sales enablement platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a strong focus on measurable results

Familiarity with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer persona development

Proactive, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
