Your Job as Senior Staff NVM
As Senior Staff you are implementing & enhancing (silicon foundry) NVM solution into the Elmos design system and safeguarding quality by silicon verification. Your other responsibilities include Defining design specifications, schemes, workflows, checklists, and layout guidelines/floorplans for NVM IP.
Your qualities are
- Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field

Over 5 years of experience in circuit or logic design for non-volatile memory like flash memory, RRAM, MRAM, or similar technologies

Proficient in utilizing EDA tools and deploying design methodologies for both custom and digital design of non-volatile memory
You´re interested in
- Driving the development of embedded nonvolatile memory test chips and intellectual property (IP)

Acting as interface to our silicon foundry and IP partners

Defining design specifications, schemes, workflows, checklists, and layout guidelines/floorplans for NVM IP

Conducting comprehensive design reviews, encompassing circuit or RTL code, simulations, layout verification, design kit quality control, and silicon measurement

Analyzing silicon data and performing debugging to resolve issues efficiently

Working with a cross-functional team to establish technology specifications, characterization processes, and reliability methodologies
